a) Be conversant with the premises and the alarm system and be able to set and unset it.

Note that key holders’ telephone numbers should be where they can normally be contacted. A work number or business number should not be used.

PASSWORD

A password is required for any voice communication with the ARC. The password should be easily remembered (by both nominated keyholders and yourself) who may need to speak to the ARC. However it should not be recorded or displayed in any public place, e.g. next to the alarm keypad. The password can be numbers or letters or a combination of both up to 10 digits. If the password needs to be changed or updated, written correspondence either via email or letter can be sent to Watchdog to process with ARC accordingly.

IP SIGNALLING

For alarm monitoring which uses IP/Broadband, if the telephone line number which the broadband is applied to is known please state below.
